One address, no contact form
No contact form on this site: a form means a script, a script means a third party, and a third party sees what you write. A direct email does the same job with nobody in the middle.
Write in English or in French — both are read by the same person.
Response time
A few days, not a few hours. Durabo is run by one person, a student on top of it. There is no on-call rota, no support desk, no reply at 2 am on a Sunday.
What gets priority: faults on a machine already sold, and withdrawal requests inside the 14-day window. Everything else follows.
What helps in a message
- A fault — the machine reference (DUR-0XX), the symptom, what you already tried. A photo or short video beats a description.
- Before buying — what you intend to use it for and which system you plan to run. An answer of the form "take the other one" or "none of the three will suit you" is possible, and common.
- Made-to-order build — panel, keyboard layout, battery, second drive. Ask before buying, not after: a machine already reassembled does not come apart for free.
- Shipping outside France — anywhere in the EU, €15 on top, tracked and signed for. Say which country before you pay.
- Collection in Lyon — possible, by appointment, no shipping cost.
PGP
For exchanges that warrant it, the public key will be published at assets/durabo-pgp.asc.

Generate the key pair, publish the .asc file under assets/, put the fingerprint above — or delete this section entirely if PGP will not be maintained. An advertised key that is never read is worse than no key.
